When tracking is on, your premium-exam progress (current question, answer selections, score, timestamps) is saved to your account so you can continue from any device, and each time you retry an exam the new attempt is recorded too — including the “retry” analytics event. This same switch also powers Missed Questions — the review set of questions you’ve answered incorrectly, available after the last exam of each course. See Privacy Policy § 14a for what we store and for how long.

Turning tracking off permanently deletes every stored progress record and your Missed Questions sets on our servers, and stops the “retry” analytics event from being sent when you redo an exam. Local progress on this device is preserved so an in-flight exam isn’t lost.

When this is on, you can save named versions of your CV and job descriptions to your profile and reload them into the Interview Prep matcher. Text is stored encrypted in the EU, and only when you explicitly click Save. See Privacy Policy § 5a.

When this is on, your last 3 matched question sets are saved so you can resume them from the matcher, your dashboard, or the account menu. We store the matched questions (never the CV or job-description text you typed). See Privacy Policy § 5a.

Turning this off permanently deletes your saved recent matches.

Download a JSON copy of your account data (profile, course access, exam progress, missed questions, transaction history). The download link is valid for 1 hour, and you can request a new export at most once per hour.

Permanently delete your Nex Arc account. We schedule deletion for 7 days from request — click the cancel link in the confirmation email to recover. After 7 days, your personal data is removed from active systems. Some financial records are retained in anonymized form to meet tax law (see our Privacy Policy for details).
