If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked. This applies to one-time course purchases and to your first Nex Arc Pro charge.
How to request a refund: email info@nex-arc-learning.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order ID (shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). You do not need to give a reason. We issue the refund to your original payment method, normally within a few business days. When a refund is processed, access to the refunded course or subscription is revoked.
- One-time course purchases: refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Nex Arc Pro subscriptions: your first charge is refundable within 14 days of being taken (after the 7-day free trial converts to a paid plan). You can cancel any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where it applies, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal. This is independent of the money-back guarantee above and any mandatory consumer rights in your country always apply.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
